It varies from company to company but our price is £425 + vat

Q: Do you offer a nation wide service?
Yes. We offer a quote based on your location with travel time taken into account.
Q: What is your report like?
Our Trace & Access report is a detailed photographic document with all the relevant information your insurer requires to make a claim.
Q: Do I definitely have Trace and Access cover on my insurance policy?
Although most policies do cover Trace and Access it is important to speak with your insurer first.
Q: Do I pay you or does my insurer pay you?
You pay us and claim back from your insurer (providing you have Trace and Access cover).
Q: How long does a leak detection take?
We allocate up to 7 hours on site. Typically it takes 2 – 4 hours.
Q: Can you find leaks on central heating systems?
Yes we can, but there are many variables that can hinder the leak detection process when using Gas Tracer. Such as leak sealer in the central heating system, sludge or rust in the system causing blockages, types of flooring at the property.
