What is Trace and Access?

Trace and Access is the insurance industry term given to the type of cover included in home insurance policies. It covers the cost of finding & exposing the leak ready for repair and repairing any damage subsequently caused by the Trace and Access process.

If you are, your Trace and Access could end up costing you nothing! Once we have found your leak we will create a thorough report detailing all the necessary information your insurer requires to make a claim. We may even be able to repair the leak there and then.
